"William is an honest and hard working tradesman. He ensured that the site was kept in good order the entire time he was on the property. Regrettably the tiles were not laid level. I noticed that the tiles were not butting up to eachother correctly and suggested using tile seperators which I then supplied. The finished floor, although pleasing in appearance, was not level nor were the tiles square to eachother. He is a charming man and was miticulous in his work. It is disappointing, therefore, for both him and me that the job was not as good as it could have been."
