Initially, at the quote level, Nick came to the flat with several large planks of the laminate types so that I could get a clear idea of how it would look on the floor. After agreeing with him a date, I had to postpone the initial date for the flooring as other workmen had not finished their own work. Nick was very understanding and agreed to reschedule. The work was done to a high standard and the sawdust etc. was cleared up. I was kept informed at all stages of the work. Finally, I had the chance to inspect the floor before making any payment. Will recommend him."
