Laying down a solid wood floor onto already prepared subfloor. The area will be 15m2 for now but with an extra 22m2 in a couple of months time.
I would thoroughly recommend Trade Flooring Company ltd for their quality workmanship and competitive quotations, but were most impressed by the sound advice we were given by Alex. As we are doing our floor in sections he has left it in a way he can easily carry on in a month’s time without hindering our day-to-day life. The finish is top notch - I definitely recommend Trade Flooring Company ltd.

Laying engineered oak flooring onto concrete floor in lounge-kitchen (open plan). There is a 5mm difference between floor levels in lounge/kitchen (where wall used to be) so will require some levelling before underlay & flooring go down.
Really efficient - came to quote straight away, completed the job immediately, to a very high standard and with great attention to detail. Would recommend to anyone.
