To fit engineered wood floors to upstairs rooms and and stairs (13) - total area approx 47 square metres
We asked Joe at Premiere Developments to re-lay wood flooring throughout our house. We did other renovations to our property at the same time and Joe put us in contact with others though he never pushed his suggested.
Joe dealt (graciously) with our changing demands (which included a knocking down internal walls, and a walk-in wardrobe), did an excellent job and always took responsibility for any issues which arose even if it wasn't of his making.
I've no hesitation in recommending Joe wholeheartedly.
fit engeneered wooden floor in a small landing/corridor and stair way
I originally asked Kalin to quote for laying engineered wood flooring on a staircase and landing to match the flooring in the bedrooms. Unfortunately, the supplier could not provide the flooring until February. But I was impressed by Kalins polite and helpful attitude and asked him to build a cupboard and shelves and fit my new front door. All the work was done to a high standard at a very reasonable price. I would thoroughly recommend Kalin.
Need to do solid wood floor in 2 bedroom apartment in greenwich area. Floor area is approximately 50 sqm. Another vinyl flooring is already installed and needs to be removed.
very happy with the overall work quality,
Whole team is professional and courteous, it's great that they started the work early morning (7.30 am)
only small complain is that measurements taken very incorrect and that resulted in 15% waste of materials. I don't blame him for this as I should have checked the measurements myself.
Material ordered online, they won't accept part return of the order.
hello! we would like to have new solid timber floor installed. we currently have carpets, which would be removed by us before the new timber floor would be laid. this is early victorian property, in two levels. the floor area is approx 70 square metres.
Mark fitted approx 700 square foot of solid timber floor (incl staircase) to a very high standards in our house. Our house is early victorian era, in which everything is uneven, unstandard, Mark did great job accomodating for this. We searched extensively for the floor material. Mark also provided us samples for the floor, one of them turned out to be the best option to go for. The floor is great, and we are really happy with everything!
Replace existing laminate floor with engineered wooden floor. Kitchen/Hall/Living room & Conservatory = circa 40m2.
Dominic did a fantastic job fitting an engineered Oak board throughout our ground floor, including kitchen & conservatory. The work was done to an excellent standard and we are very pleased with the end results. Dominic helped us to source the board and gave useful suggestions & ideas throughout.
We have an open plan lounge/diner/hallway. We have exposed floorboards at present and we're looking to re-sand them (after 5 years), varnish them and may be fill a few of the larger gaps.
Very happy with filling gaps and sanding floor job. Very good value and good communication with Kevin & team. Appreciated that team worked all day Saturday to finish job on time. Would recommend!

floorboards in good condition but need some gaps filled and sealed
Jonathan carried out works to our living room and hallway wooden floors, including sealing, sanding and applying 3 coats of wax oil. We were very pleased with the results as the floor looks excellent and is a major improvement on how it looked before. Jonathan was most friendly, helpful, reliable and professional during the process. We were impressed by the consideration shown in fitting in with our needs and with the way dust and disruption was kept to a surprising minimal amount. We would certainly have him return when the floor requires a new coat in 4 to 5 years' time.

We have a short (1.5 m approx) Victorian tiled path leading from the street to our front door. There is a broken tile at the front that needs replacing (a few other tiles are also cracked). Also, when it rains the water pools at the front door so would also like to stop this as well.

I need a tiler for my kitchen (2m x 2m) both the splash back and the floor and also to replace the bathroom floor. No particularly fussy on timing but as I'm going away on holiday on 30th July for 3 weeks it either needs to happen before then or after it. Tiles bought, but grout/adhesive needs to be added into the price.

replace floor boards, fill gaps
We have 24 square metres of laminate flooring to be fitted in our flat, in our living room and hall way.
We will remove existing carpet, leaving floor boards. Would like to know if laminate floor can be laid by shuffling furniture around in rooms, or do rooms need to be completely emptied?
Aside from a couple of radiators, rooms are not extraordinary complex in terms of layout/
Updated : Asap Original : Room 3.4 x 3.4m that needs sanding. Engineered oak flooring. I will paint it later.
