I have a furnished apartment that I need the wooden floors sanded and finished. total sq metres of the single floor apartment is 73sqm so that is the maximum area that needs working on.
These guys made what I thought would have been a stressful process very easy. The whole job was completed without any fuss and the smallest amount of disruption. The floor looks amazing, such a massive improvement. They performed repairs and levelled off the floor, performing work beyond the brief to make it look incredible. A really nice couple of guys who you feel comfortable leaving in your house and a very good well done. Many thanks.

2 part job. Repair/re-instate oak flooring around a fireplace. We will need new oak flooring (only a small amount, 1 or 2 planks) to match the existing floor boards. And raise a small section of flooring which was recessed for a radiator to sit in but we now need raised to the level of the surrounding floor.
I would recommend Terre Firma to anybody wanting work done on their flooring. Great quality work and very friendly.

First Floor Flat: ROOM ONE: Living room 4340 x 3580mm. ROOM TWO: Bedroom 4130 x 2500mm. There is also a small area between the two rooms to be sanded which is less than a couple of metres. Boards are generally in a good condition but there are gaps to be filled throughout and a couple of boards to be replaced. I'm not sure which finish I would like or if I will need this done as this will depend on the colour of the boards when sanded.

I need installing of a pre-finished real wooden floor. The wood is merbau 20mm thick and it has to be installed on a whole floor (2 rooms plus landing) for a total of 25sqm. The wood is pre-finished so it won't need further treatment.
Edy and his team gave me a very cheap quote but answred all my questions and their work was amazing. They were fast and precise and cleaned after each day. Now my wooden floor looks incredible. Thanks.

Source and lay new floorboards to kitchen and bedroom areas of ground floor flat. I would like the floorboards to match as closely as possible to pine floorboards I have in the lounge at the moment. Also remove small concrete hearth in kitchen. Bedroom is approx 3.5 x 3m, kitchen 3.5m sq. Small 1 x 1m hall area joins them and needs relaying too.

I have some Dalsouple rubber flooring , 6 plaques in Pistache each plaque is 1.760 x 680 x 2.50mm, and 5 in Ibiscus . I am hoping to use these, most probably in the phone booth area, and would like them laid as a patchwork. I also need a flooring solution for the kitchen, not necessarily rubber, but something that is hard wearing but quite funky. Both floors have been laid with Ply so are ready for the covering.
