Comment Lee went above and beyond the call of duty to finish the carpet laying. he worked 3x12 hour days to get the job done. He's very technically competent and a stickler for detail, so he takes great pride in his work. You don't find many like him. very highly recommended. the sort you'd keep his details for years. gary

Comment Having experienced poor builders before it was a breath of fresh air to have Tonin and his team come and carry out the extensive work we needed done. The works were carried out to a very high standard and within the time frame. The price was very competitive and realistic. They cleaned up after themselves every day and had a great level of attention to details. I will use Fulham builders again and will recommend them highly. I'm happy if anyone needs to contact me as a reference. Sunil

Job Water damage to oak tongue and groove board flooring means 30- 40 sqm of flooring requires replacement. Insurance company has inspected and approved the work. I now need a contractor who can do this. I know the exact boards I need

Comment The Property Crew worked hard and very efficiently. When the job ran a bit over time, their man worked late to finish it and came back the next day to deal with the clean up. I'd be v happy to use them again and recommend them to anyone . Richard

Job In 3 rooms and hallway/stairs (flat 776 sq feet including kitcken and bathrrom), we need the carpets stripped and the wooden floors underneath sanded and varnished.

Comment Even though Graham Wells started with doing a good job, he went on to become sloppy and pay no attention to detail, and kept changing his price and aksing to be paid by the day. We had to repeatedly ask ho to do finishes that should be part of what he does (e.g grout between the floor boards and sand all wooden areas). Totally unprofessional as a good tradesman should be able to assess what a job involves and give an accurate quote and not keep asking for more. In the end, we could not wait to get rid of him. Obviously, we will have to pay someone else to correct his bad craftmanship. Dimitra
