I have a ground and lower ground floor flat with wood floor, 20 mm, 184 mm wide solid oak, that needs laying. The rooms to be done are living room, hall upstairs/down, stairs, and two bedrooms, aprox 70m2 total. First I need to establish, as quickly as possible, that the sub-floor will be suitable. I have a carpet and underlay that I need laying in a hallway, roughly 1.5mtrs wide, 7 mtrs long. I haven't any carpet grippers so will need the tradesperson to bring and install these.
