The house is currently carpeted with the exception of bathroom, kitchen and entrance hallway and this is a new installation. The area of the wooden flooring is approx. 63 square metres. The job includes ceramic tiling in kitchen and bathroom (approx. 12.5 square metres)
Good work, excellent advice, just in time. Thanks Chris!

A specialist required to fit Marmoleum (Lino) floor (supplied):
1. Lay down a 3mm Latex screed.
2. Cap and cove floor to approx 7-10mm high on the wall.
3. Fit sheet flooring.
4. Weld Lino joins and mitres on coving.
I would like the work to be done from 5th July 2010.
Paul did an excellent job of levelling out our kitchen floor with screed and then worked hard one evening to finish laying out our Marmoleum sheet. I am really happy with the end result.Ricky

Mike did a good job laying my laminate floor and putting on new skirting in a medium sized bedroom. He paid attention to detail and the floor looks professionally laid. Mary

Remik and his team did a great job. They are obviously experts in their field and made the process of reclaiming our boards easy. They also have quality equipment which allowed them to produce an excellent finish.
We lived in the house while the work was being done and they made a great effort in cleaning up every day to minimise the disruption.Toby
We're looking for someone to lay a new engineered wooden floor through the entire ground floor of our 1920s semi-detached house in SW20.
We are currently having building work done to extend the house, and will lay the floor through the new extension as well as the older parts of the ground floor, which will include the hallway, sitting room, open plan kitchen/diner and small utility room.
You will need to remove an old laminate floor. The surface underneath is in good condition and the new floor can be laid onto it without any substantial reworks.
We have found an engineered wood floor we like and will order it once you are able to visit our house to take measurements and advise how many square metres we'll need.
The builders will hopefully be ready for the floor to be laid by mid-March (date to be confirmed), but we would like to get quotes now so that we can order the floor in time.
Ideally you'll be able to visit one evening after 18:00 in the near future to take measurements.
Many thanks
Andy
