Updated : This is a small L shaped wooden floor in the hall.It should not take longer than half a day to sand and varnish. Original : Small hall approx 4 sq meters needs sanding and varnishing. The bits that held down the carpet also need to be removed.
I was very satisfied with a job neatly and well done.

The narrow hall has been prepared with 18mm wbp plywood. Two of the rooms to be sanded are original pine floor which has been fully prepared for sanding. One of the rooms has already been sanded to remove existing varnish. The stairs are unvarnished, but need smoothing. The final room has modern tongue and groove pine floorboards which need full sanding.
Job was finished to a very high standard in a very short time. We were very happy with the quality of the work.

The laminate floor to be replaced is in two adjoining rooms - the kitchen and sitting room. Approx. area 50m2. There are some furniture items that will not be able to be removed from the flat (e.g kitchen table, sofa, welsh dresser) so they will have to be moved from one room to the other whilst the work is being done. I need someone who is willing to move the furniture and also strip out the old laminate floor as I am unable to do this myself.
