There are a number of large (>0.5 cm) gaps in a number of panels in my flooring. I would like someone to come take a look at it to see if he / she can fix it back or in the even where this is not possible - advise on a possible flooring replacement / relayering
Very good workmanship closing up the large gaps on my laminate flooring. Also very helpful and went the extra mile with little jobs around the house. Would recommend!

I need to have the part of the decking relayed out in the back garden. The frame is already in place although it may need some work but this would be very limited. There are also some smaller jobs in the kitchen regarding drawers that need some work and the door on the fridge freezer. Also the kitchen flooring also has gaps in the wood and if possible I would like to get this fixed. I need this work done as soon as possible.

I need about 4 (cracked) porcelain floor tiles (46cm by 46cm) lifted and replaced (supplied), another two or so with fine cracks repaired and the whole floor area grouted (about 30 sqm). The challenge is: the floor has underfloor heating, so lifting tiles requires some caution and experience.
I had asked Salin to replace some cracked floor tiles and re-grout the entire floor. He and his colleagues did an excellent, amazing job. Salin gave good notice and was very flexible in arranging the job (which was not easy as I had been out of the country). He and his colleague arrived on time and left, some 6 or 7 hours later, leaving behind a clean place that looked like new. Salin also repaired cracks in some other floor tiles, - again a great job well done! I think it is also important to note that both Salin and his colleague are very, very nice people. After a long search for the right expert to help with my job, I am glad that I found Salin - and I will definitely use him again in the future (without even thinking about first looking elsewhere).

My flat needs the old carpet ripped up and a new one put down. The rooms which require this are the sitting room (approx 13 ft by 13 ft), the entrance hall (approx 10 ft by 3.5 ft) and my bedroom (approx 10ft by 8ft). The current carpet is very thin, almost mat rugging type material. I would like a thicker carpet to be put down.

I have wooden flooring throughout my flat but have 3 doorways where the strip is missing. I therefore require threshold strip to be cut to size and fixed (this has been ordered). A number of the other strips (solid oak) are loose and need re-fixing. I also have two doors that need trimming.

Move furniture, lift existing carpet and underlay and lay 70 square metres of engineered, clipp together florring on a solid concrete surface and finish edges with dowel
