We have just bought a house in East Dulwich which has oak flooring throughout. We would like to remove this, sand back the original floorboards, stain and varnish. We would like to do this before we move in to the property to prevent the added complications of moving furniture round and the inevitable dusk covering everything we own. Ideally we would like to start this work on the 11th June.

Installation of IKEA Laminate flooring in small room (2.3 metres wide by 3.5 metres approx). The room needs a coat of paint, (white ceiling and cream walls) and also replacing one a broken glass.

We are looking for a trade to lay some laminate flooring in our open plan kitchen/living room/diner. The room is roughly 18m² although not a perfect square – it consists of 3 smaller square areas that form the room. There is a small area of roughly 1 meter squared which will require leveling off before the floor is laid. We have already purchased 25m² squared of flooring which is Westco Domestic laminate with easy join fitting, no glue required, 6mm thick. This is a basement flat so under the current floor is concrete. Underlay obviously required.
Phil laid down some laminate flooring in our lounge/kitchen area including underlay and beading. Generally we were very pleased as he was always early and was very considerate and tidy. The work was of a high standard and I would certainly recommend. We've actually just invited him back to do some more work!

The previous owners of our house have removed the floor boards and replaced with solid wooden floor which is poorly fitted and warped.We will remove this wooden flooring and we need someone to lay fibre/hard board so we can have laminate flooring put down over it
