A section of laminate flooring has been damaged because of a leaking boiler. I have underfloor heating but I don't think this has been affected. I would like someone who can come and assess the area, source the laminate and lay the new flooring asap.
Chris was very flexible in terms of working around my schedule. He identified the problem and advised on the best course of action immediately and his repair work was excellent. He was very professional and reliable and I wouldn't hesitate to use his services again / recommend him to friends.

We have a unit 5460mm wide by 8130mm long which we would like to have laminated flooring fitted. There is currently uneven plywood on top of a concrete base.

Floor Sanding & Finishing Under £100, SE1 3TX Mixture of floorboards & parquet. Total area of approx 100 sq metres. 2 rectangular parquet areas, different type each - first 15 sqm, second 31 sqm. Remainder old floor boards, not antique or anything Been worn down over a few years having not looked after. Lots of scratches and small dents etc....but not in bad condition. Not looking to have it perfect and shining, am thinking more just sanding down to get some of the worst off and the existing varnish/laquer and then revarnish. Not sure on price/budget so I just put down less than 100. I am away from my 23 to may 31 inclusive, and will be looking to start ASAP after the 31st. Ideally if I can meet people at the property tomorrow (22nd) that would be great. Thks.
