The two person team came when they said they would, and worked efficiently until the job was completed on schedule. They were careful with furniture etc and did not leave more mess than the little bit of dust normally associated with this kind of work The final result looks great.

Following a leak (of clean water) from the toilet, the wooden floor boards around the toilet are damp and have gone soft. It seems like the vinyl floor tiles need taking up and the rotten area of wood replaced along with the tiles (they were glued to the wood). We are happy to send a picture for clarity, or arrange a viewing. Thanks Timing: ASAP
They came and fixed a problem with our bathroom floor, and they came round on a weekend which was really useful as we both work full time. The work looks great and they cleaned up after they were finished so there was no mess. Will definitely use them the next time we need work doing!

Would have no problem in recommending. Really accommodating and helpful with sample choice. Nick was obviously busy (always a good sign) but he always got back to me with any queries. Carpet fitters arrived on time and worked hard all day and left us with a job really well done. We are thrilled with the end product.

Ok, well I thought I had booked Paul Bennet to do the job, and I checked his details, Rated People confirmed that he had quoted and was going to do the job, and then someone different turned up, who was a friend of his, this guy did not know how to lay rubber floor tiles and didn't use the correct tools, (they need a 3mm trowel, which I offered to lend him, but he said he didn't need it) and then when on to use a much larger trowel which means that all the tiles look lumpy and bumpy and I have had to put a rug over them. He was very prompt and helpful about ordering the tiles, it's just he did a poor job, and it wasn't who I expected.
