Excellent value for money, Stan made an excellent job and left the room spotless. He has an extreme attention to detail and went the extra mile by adjusting the door of the door. He also gave me a couple of advises on other jobs I wanted to do at home. Will definetly recomend his work.

I have bought laminate flooring but need a super person to fit it for me, I still need underlay and the white quadrant for edges, also need a couple of wires hidden the job is a through lounge/dining room and hall way. I am not well off so if there is someone who needs money but does not have any work I would be very grateful and would reccomend you to everyone I can, if that would help
First rate - brillient - lovely guy, very trustworthy, excellent work, even a friend of mine who is a trademan - he said the work was top rate. Hello Our lounge and dining room (all one room) and hallway is currently carpeted. Looked into sanding & restoring but have opted for oak flooring to be installed on top existing boards.
Chris was extremely helpful (& patient!) whilst he took us through the various wood floor options. Having decided on the flooring Chris was punctual on the days arranged for the installation and all went very smoothly, taking my request for one floor board being taken up and replaced with another with good grace!

I have a room that needs carpet fitted, I have 20m2. The carpet is to be laid on concrete floor, I have the carpet and underlay, but don't have any grippers. I need the whole house done but i am doing one room at at time.

I have an area of wooden floorboards, approx 30m squared, currently covered with fitted carpet. I would like the carpet removed, floorboards cleaned, gaps filled if necessary, and then all sanded and varnished (preferably with non-yellowing matt finish varnish). The area that needs this work doing is the hallway (approx 5mx1.5m), front living room with no fireplace (4m x 3.3m) and back living room also with no fireplace (3.4m x 3.3m). We would probaby not want you to deal with the concrete fireplace area, if one exists under the current carpet) but would want you to remove and dispose of all carpet in the three areas. I would like to know how much this would cost, how long it would take and if you could please complete this work in the last week of September/ start of October 2012. We will make sure there is no furniture in any of those rooms by the time you arrive to do the work. I am expecting a baby mid November and so it is very important that the work be completed a month before so that we can complete other decorating work on the house and ensure it is clean, tidy and dust free for when the baby arrives (it may arrive early and so no work at all can be done in November).
