Re-do my Bedroom:
1) Removal of existing wood flooring and disposal.
2) Removal of existing bedroom radiator, cap off pipe work below concrete level.
3) Placement of electric underfloor heating as a primary heat source complete with inbuilt thermostat and digital control unit.
4) Remove and replace skirting for an optimum high end finish around flooring perimeter - thus eliminating a floor to skirting grout join.
5) Tile floor with either porcelain tiles or engineered wood flooring to be provided by myself.
Excellent quality of work.

concrete floor, three doors will also need removing and shaving, rehanging, there are also skirting which may need to be removed (not sure as I haven't had this done before). I have bought acoustic underlay and glue. The engineered floor is tongue and groove and just needs glue.

Updated : Not sure why I am not getting any responses for this, can anyone tell me why? I can't see that why it would cost more than £100 but if I am wrong, then let me know. As soon as I know exact dates I will post them.
Original : Having staircase replaced, so need someone to come early one morning w/c 23rd July (exact date to be confirmed) and lift the carpet and roll back carpet at top of stairs and into the living room and secure as best you can, then come back 2.5-3 days later to re-fit/tack down. It may need a bit of trimming as existing side panels of staircase are being veneered. Would assume max. 2 hours per visit.
