So helpful, even picked our carpet for us after I'd described what I was after over the phone, and he made a perfect choice! I didn't have to move from my sofa! Easiest carpet purchase I've ever made! Kept in touch with us throughout to arrange convenient time and updated us on any delay immediately. Brilliant fitting, looks fabulous and we are delighted!
