The floor looks great.Patrick from Journey's End was very attentive, advised on flooring choice. He got us a higher quality flooring at a cheaper price than we were able to access. He came round on the appointed day, and came back at 8am on Sunday morning to finish off the last bits. Very good service.

I have a vinly floor that needs laying in my kitchen, the size of the vinyl is 3.0m x 2.75m to fit with the need to cut round the kitcken base units as the overall size of the kitchen is quite a small area.
I paid a bit more for these's to fit my vinly flooring, at first inspection I thought they had not done a bad job.Then at closer inspection I found a few problems with the way the flooring was fitted & had to do some remedial work on the flooring myself to finish it off.This company I feel is a maintenance company & not a floor fitting company.My mistake.

John knows his work. However his after work care is appalling. The floor started lifting up 3 weeks after he did the work. I have been ringing him since then and sent numerous emails and SMS. He does not pick up my calls or answer the emails/SMS. I was going to give him more work but I am glad that the laminate I wanted was out of stock so I had time to experience his after care!

Job well done, builder turned up on time as promised, and listened to what I had to say. Also, had a problem with the plumbing which my previous builder caused which he also fixed. Would use builder again. FYI - Best to glue down real wood flooring and not to just glue at joints.

Total laminating area: 37 SQM Total floor tile area: 19 SQM Reception/Kitchen: 5.55m x 5.10m, 18'2" x 16'9" Bedroom 1: 2.76m x 2.73m, 9'0" x 8'11" Bedroom 2: 3.27m x 3.22m, 10'8" x 0'6"
Delivered everything he promised and came back to fix a few minor details at a later date. Very clean and reliable

The wooden flooring in my ground floor hallway has given way and the whole area is very unstable. One of the boards has collapsed and broken from the rest making the floor seem very unstable and likely to give way as soon as there is any pressure. I would like it repaired and made sturdy again.
The work to fix my wooden floor was carried out to a high standard. The joists were replaced and the work done was professional. The company are very thorough, reliable and friendly. Highly recommend them.
