Budget Under £250

Job I require a reliable builder/tradesman to lay doown 21 patio slabs, size 600x600, for me. I will suply the slabs, so i need someone to buy the rest of the materials and do the job professionally. I've been let down by a tradesman so am seeking someone who is genuinely interested in doing this job at a reasonable price.

Job I live in Harrow, HA1 1QR. I recently purchased solid wood flooring (Solid 83mm Flooring - Oak). I need a tradesman to lay the wood down to cover an area of 28 square metres) Lounge and hallway to be precise. I have also purchased Fibre board which I would like placed underneath the flooring. The sub floor is wooden floorboards. I do not wish for the skirting board to be removed so therefore also require beading to be placed round the floor. Thanks

Budget I'm not sure

Job I had new carpet and under layer fitted last year. Unfortunately, I did not repair the floor board and even the fitters from Allied Carpets did not advise me to do so. My bedroom floor is very much noisy and squeaky when walked on it. I need some to help me this floor fitted. Even stairs are having the same problem. I had wood layed down by Allied Carpet in my living room and that one also has got same type of noise squeaks. I would appreciate if some one can come and advise me and do the his best to repair within reasonable charges.To be very honest I have no idea what type of work is needed, unless some can come and have a look personally. Please arrange the appointment time with me before someone is available to carry this job of mine. Thanks a million.
