I require laminate flooring to be put down over an area of approximatel 40 sq metres (kitchen, corridor and living room in a 1 bedroom flat)
I was very happy with Bear Building Contractors. They were professional and friendly, offering constructive and practical advice. The price was competitive and there were no hidden add ons as is often the case with some builders. I used them for laminate flooring and I was very pleased with the results. I have recommended them to friends already.

I'm not sure
all area apart from bath room and kitchen
Dean has done a brilliant job, very efficient and professional. The Quick Step Laminated floor has been covered in my 51sqm 2 bed room flat in a high standard manner. Dean is also a nice and friendly guy, I sincerely recommend his service to anyone, and I would definitely use him again in the future.

I will provide the wooden laminates and any skirt boards (if required to replace damaged ones).
