"Very unsatisfactory job. He did not know how to do angular cuts on the trim to join the corners and he promised to come back two days later with a friend who knew how to do the job but did not turn up. I called several times but he did not answer my calls. I had to call someone else to complete the job. Also the laminate boards were laid quite poorly and there are too many large gaps on the edges which the trim cannot hide. Overall, a very unsatisfactory job."
