"Despite the lengthy delay in the job actually starting Dean still undertok the job. Turned up on time on the day. Worked til the job was done. Always stopped and asked if that was how I wanted it done and advised to better ways to do so always explaining the reasons for. Work was done to a very high standard, costs were as agreed 2.5 months ago and the site left clean and tidy when they left. Dean and Matty were very friendly and cheery throughout the day.
