To fit approx 85 square meter of wooden flooring plus a oak stair conversion Floor to be laid in: Hall, Living Room, Kitchen/Dining Room, Landing and 3 berooms. Kitchen will be fitted already and skirting will be "tagged" to the walls for easy removal. New stairs to be covered by oak stair conversion kit (covering threads and risers)
Living in a house with no flooring fitted is hell but Mark tried his best to get the job done despite adverse weather conditions making it hard for him to get to my house and a co-worker unable to make it at all. Mark is helpful and completely trustworthy. I left him with the keys to my house until he completed the work

Updated : - hopefully the current gravel will be reused where possible - I will consider a slightly higher budget depending on recommendation Original : I've recently done up my rear garden so now its split between a decked area and a gravelled area which I use to park my car. The gravelled area was poorly done and the surface is very uneven and sags at certain places under pressure. Estimated area is around 23ft(length) x 8 ft (width). The width varies along the length but 8ft is the widest area. I am looking for someone to do a proper job which will require firstly to remove and store current gravels, and then proceed to prepare the base by applying proper depth of hardcore etc so the surface will not sag under weight. I will also consider block paving if the price is right.
