Bathroom 8 square meters with bath tub, toilet and sink. The area underneath the bath tub has been water damaged over a long period of time and needs to be replaced rather urgently, as it is loosing support. Mold is an issue around the corners of the bath and therefore likely to be underneath the bath tub itself.
