Under £500
the approx. budget is for both jobs: small bathroom (approx. 4m²)and small kitchen floor (approx. 4x2.5 m) to tile if you can also offer wall tiling: - tiling only behind shower - tiling between upper and lower kitchen cupboards, approx.1m x 4 only)
This tradesman did my complete kitchen and bathroom re-make including tiling, dry lining, kitchen installation, painting and all associated jobs and brought his own plumbers with him. He is a true all-rounder and always cleaned up after himself and you could hardly feel he was there as he treated the house with respect as well as my privacy. The price is good, considering that he did most of it alone, worked long hours and included most of the building material.
As I had damp problems I needed him to come back after I paid him already to re-paint and dryline kitchen walls and ceiling as paint came off the walls but he came around immediately and spent another few days calling down to fix it free of charge. Very reliable and easy to get on with. Would recommend anytime. Cheers Ryan
