Updated : All that is required is the labour, I will supply the plywood flooring. Original : I have a 63ft sq bathroom ( at its largest points, generally square though) which currently has carpets down. I would like to lay some amtico tiles down and need a price for laying a plywood underlay then the tiles on top. I have bought 75 x 12x12" tiles for the job which I know is a bit tight, but wanted a quote for labour and plywood flooring.
10 out of 10!. Replied quickly, arrived on time and the work carried out was exceptional. I am so pleased, I have asked him to come back and do my lounge and dining room. Left the bathroom clean and tidy and was very polite and easy to get on with. Strongly recommend to anyone.

Approx 40sqm of Grooved decking has been pressure washer cleaned and need sanding and sealing or staining. Decking area is large and surrounds house on 2 sides. Job requires something that will sand grooved decking. Decking is approx 6yrs old and has 8 sunken lights.The lights do protrude slightly above the decking surface. Decking is 100% exposed to outdoor and will need a longlife treatment.

5 rooms plus hall/stairs. Original floorboards require sanding, replacing of any faulty boards and treatment/finish. Unsure of current state as currently covered by carpet.
Nick repaired, replaced, sanded and treated all original floorboards in my Edwardian house. I am very happy with the finished standard. I was working to a very tight schedule and Nick took this on board and worked very long hours to make sure that as much as possible was completed by my deadline. Nick is a pleasure to work with and I would recommend him to anyone. I have also had him back now to complete some smaller joinery jobs (skirting/stairs/architraves etc) and am very happy with the work completed in this area so far.

I have laid laminate flooring in my living room and hallway and have primed skirting boards, these now need fixing. The laminate has also buckled in the hallway so I would like that sorting too!
Mark was efficient, reliable, polite and punctual. I would REALLY recommend him, he fitted skirting boards and repaired some laminate flooring in our living room and hall and did a great job.
