Installation of electric underfloor heating in kitchen, including wiring in and installing thermostat, beneath ceramic floor tiles. Approx floor area of ~11 sq m. I have the tiles plus insulating boards (10mm) and mat heating kit (kit from Rayotec - incl thermostat). Will almost certainly need to remove, shorten slightly and re-hang 3 doors - 2 internal one plus back door (back door will be replaced once new floor is laid). Please say what other information you need. I believe floor is concrete below existing very old vinyl flooring, which I expect to be able to remove in preparation for the job. House was built in 1952.
Mr Baker was very reliable, did a very competent job at a very competitive price. The job was to lay and wire in a kitchen floor with underfloor heating, for which he also arranged a tiler. The floor has been lovely over the winter.

Each bedroom, one is 3.8m x 4.6m and the other is 3.4m x 4.2m needs carpeting, underlay with gripper rods. The bedroom floors are even with newly laid level caberfloor boards. Two bathrooms for vinyl flooring around 1.9m x 3.5m and 1.4m x 3m roughly. I will provide all carpets and vinyls but be prepared to collect carpet from carpet right in abingdon - include this in your price please.
