We have an area of Oak flooring approximately 90 sq ft which has warped, cracked , broken and moved apart leaving large gaps. There is underfloor heating installed which may have caused this to happen and there is a concern that the screed may have become uneven which is causing some quite prominant dips in the floor (like wave effects. We are looking for advice as to whether it is possible to re-lay and repair the floor or totally replace and quotes as to cost.
