We are replacing carpet with laminate flooring in 2 rooms and hallway and need it fitted. The approx room sizes are 10 ft x 10ft and 11 ft by 13 ft. The hallway is 3ft x 10 ft.

BATHROOM - excellent job very neat and tidy work renewing the seals to all areas in bathroom and replacing floor tile KITCHEN - Very good job laying the laminate flooring and offered good advice to us. The job took longer than expected but Martin was willing to ensure job completed before he left that day. Would recommend Martin

Will need a wooden floor laying in a downstairs hallway and cloakroom. Hallway approximately 4-5 metres long and 1 metre to 2 metres wide in places. Cloakroom joins the hallway and is approximately 2 meters sq. In case it makes any difference in price, there would be two radiators to fit around, a toilet and sink and there are three doorways coming off of the hallway (in addition to the cloakroom) two leading onto carpet, one onto lino.
