Hello,
We have a roll of Vinyl flooring that needs to be fitted. The room is 3 x 2 metres and is empty. Laying onto existing concrete floor. Small alcove (about 2 x 2 feet) can be filled with offcut.

Martin and his partner showed up exactly when stated (They contacted me last night, a couple of hours after posting the job, and arranged to come the next day at 2:30 to lay the lino!). They were polite and curtious throughout. They did a fantastic job of laying the lino, all edges were neat and sound and the lino was laid with strong adhesive. Not only did they do a fantastic job but they went over and above, filling some cat paw prints in the already laid concrete base and matching up the design to that of the kitchen flooring. Throughout the process they consulted me just enough but not too much.
The price was great (less than i was quoted by a local fitter and the carpet superstore from where i brought the lino)
We are currently renovating our house and have had many tradespeople coming and going. It is so nice to have found two tradespeople who i feel i can trust. They seemed to be two genuinely decent people who knew exactly what they were doing.
We have a much larger job to be completed within the next 6 months, that of carpeting pretty much the whole house. I will not hesitate to employ Martin Evans flooring to complete the job.
Can not reccommend highly enough.

I am looking for a person who is good at fitting plastic tiled flooring,
for the bathroom, and kitchen. The bathroom is very small, kitchen is narrow. I have a flat, and i thought i would come on here to try and find somone skilled for the job, as i don't know anyone that is skilled to do it for me.
I would appreciate it, you anyone out there could help, which is skilled for the job, I will be offering a reasonable amout of money.

large front room in victorian house, existing floor not level. some repairs have been made to some joist ends at front of house. front part of floor(approx14'x14') is over a low cellar. back part(approx13'x13') is over rubble and needs completely renewing. used to be two rooms and we want to convert it back into two rooms, so floors do not need to match up at end of job. we would like to get the floors in order prior to any other work being carried out. we would prefer to re use the existing floor boards for the front part of the room if they are found to be in reasonably good condition. we would be prepared to do the sanding ourselves, after the other tradesmen have finished
