Budget Under £500

Job Some floorboards need to be replaced in our kitchen - we bought the house a few months ago, there's a hole in the floorboards under the washing machine. We think that an old leak has rotted the boards. Don't know if the joist underneath is ok or not, so that needs to be checked as well, we're looking for someone to take a look and carry out the necessary repairs. I can take up carpets, move the washing machine, etc to provide access.
