I already have my lino which is 7x4 metres. There is enough for my kitchen, pantry and downstairs toilet but I only need my kitchen done. My kitchen is 5x4 metres so the lino will have to be cut first. All the kitchen units are in place. I have a dishwasher and washing machine next to each other and I want the lino to go underneath them both. There are 3 doorways in total. It can be put straight down on the old kitchen tiles that are a basic feature in a council house.
I couldn't have picked a better team to fit my lino. They were very nice and polite. Barry arrived on time and did a fantastic job. I'm really pleased with his work.

Our lounge has crumbling screed along patio door where damp has gotten in. There are also some rough areas on the floor needing patching up. The area is roughly 15 feet by 15 feet. We require these problem areas to be patched and to also have a latex self-leveling screed (4mm thick). I've already pulled up skirting boards and removed the carpet.
