came quickly for the site inspection but never showed up for the job text to let me knw that he had a bad back and when we re arranged for 2 days later text me again that he had a kidney infection and dint know when he wud get better

Steve was very quick and easy, once he had gone we did discover one or two small things we weren't happy with, Steve came back and fixed it extremely quickly, at his own expense and without any complaints. Overall, good job.

My bathroom floor has been ceramic tiled over hardboard and where the floor is not level the tiles have moved and started to crack. I want the tiles and hardboard they are sitting on removed and new hardboard put down. The toilet and bathroom sink sit on the tiles and therefore needs to have thick enough hardboard placed underneath them to keep them at the same height.

Have a new carpet that was wrongly cut for another room to be fitted to stairs and small landing. There are 13 stairs plus a square corner. I would also need grippers supplied. I would really like this done on Monday 17 October.

we live in a victorian house and we would like to sand and varnish the old floorboards in our living room, corridor, stairs, and 3 bedrooms (it should be more or less 80 square metres)
Julian was honest and upfront. He explained to us what he was doing and why he was doing it as well as listening to our ideas on how we wanted our floors to appear. He followed up with cleaning advice and as a whole the experience was great. Overall we are very happy with the work and we would recommend him to anyone looking to get the most out of their wooden floors.
