Budget Under £250

Job I have two spaces that I would like flooring one is approx 8ft x 10ft and the other is approx 6ft x 7ft. I should like someone to quote for this please. This is the start of what may offer more work - maybe some wood stripping later - but for now would like to hear from anyone who would like to do this first. Thank you
