Job 4 rooms on ground floor. Hall, kitchen (needs water resistant laminate flooring, utility area and dining room. measured area is approx 44 meters squared. Area includes 10 doorways. Currently 3 rooms have old laminate flooring and dining room only has a carpet without underlay.

Comment We had Marlowe Building Services to lay 4 rooms of laminate flooring for us in July 2012. Ben was able to provide good advice on flooring, happy to supply samples and was able to arrange the work within our relatively easy deadline. The dates were kept to with at times 3 men working on it to keep to schedule. The job was near perfect and Ben was happy to sort out any small snags to make it perfect. Work also involved shifting washers, fridges etc. Would we use them again ? definitely Mark

Job Fit previously purchased beading to newly laid laminate floor in L shape Lounge/dining room asap as house now for sale.

Budget I'm not sure

Job Bathroom Tiles wanted layed for Room 1 is 100cm x 140cm Room 2 is 127cm x 180cm Room 3 is 232cm x 201(minus Bath and Shower space)

Comment I have no hesitation in recommending Andrew from Westfield Housing Developments Ltd who has just completed Tiling our 2 bathrooms and downstairs loo. From the start he was keen to do a proper job and worked hard to achieve this. I really can't fault anything about the tiled floors that he laid and we now need to up the standard of the rest of some of the bathrooms to match the standard of the floors! If you want a quality job then he is your man. Mark
