I am looking for someone to carrout general repairs to house & garden - work to be carried out around the house preferably in the Spring (April) when the weather is better. The specific jobs would be: 1. Making good/resitting loose patio paving slabs that have loosened on our conservatory steps that lead to the rear garden. Also some minor Repointing work around existing patio. 2. Painting garden fencing and a very small shed - either by spray method or by hand (your choice). The overall length of fencing is approx 20 metres. 3. Repaint front door to house and also 2 juliet type balconies (metalwork) on first floor - front & rear of house. Work would suit experienced general handyman or someone who can carry out all of the above. .
Homeowners beware! I am extremely disappointed in Anthony (and his colleague Mark). Although they looked promising - and made a good start to my job - after a minor set back they were unwilling to complete tasks and therefore I had no option but to terminate agreement. Very poor timekeeping and communication; Anthony was hardly on site and left everything to Mark. I am still waiting for the retrun of some trellis panels that had been taken away for painting and which have yet to be returned.

Updated : Lawn grass is about one foot in length and will need cutting back before mowing. The two vegetable plots will need digging over once cleared of weeds. Original : Lawn grass is very long and needs cutting, clearing and then mowing. Approx 20ft x 12 fr. Also vegetable plot needs clearing of perennial weeds and digging over. Once plot approx 20 ft x 6ft, second plot about half this size. Weeds to cleared from site.

Small. 30feet across 80 feet long? small patio, currently all grass and a bit on the long side.
Very quickly got back to me after placing my ad on this site. Visit me the following day and quoted an acceptable price. Has been back twice now, on time and done a great job. Will continue to use them.
