Regular and ongoing garden maintenance. Mowing, weeding, flower beds etc.
Put his foot through our neighbours shed roof. Later discovered that lots of 6ft+ branches were left in another neighbours garden. When informed he said it wasn't his problem as he'd used someone he didn't know to cut the trees! Coke bottle and rubbish left in garden. Bulbs were dug up and weeds were simply turned upside down in clumps making it impossible to plant anything without more weeding. Threatened to dump everything on the drive when I asked for a free hour on his next visit as a compromise!

We have approx 200 sq m of natural stone patio and paving around our garden, which was installed about 5 years ago. Conrete foundations were used throughout to prevent deterioration due to any future movement. Parts of this now need re-pointing, and some slabs have come loose and need re-bedding. We have approx 10 sq m of spare stone slabs and would like to use these to extend one patio and create some new paths. Concrete foundations must be used for all new work.
Ross is a great guy, always turns up on time, and gets the job done quickly and efficiently, and cleans up properly both during and after. We will definitely use him again.

Unfortunately they never turned up! Initially due to technical issues and then I don't know. It would have been nice if they had kept me notified on what was happening instead of me chasing. After a final call today they then said they couldn't do and find someone else!
