We want to replace the 130-ft fence that runs along the side of our property, separating it from the driveway to the houses behind. The existing wooden fence is a low, open lattice that provides very little privacy, and some of it is rotten. We want a replacement fence consisting of wooden panels, 6-ft high for most of the way for privacy, but lower alongside the front garden. There are shrubs and saplings growing alongside the existing fence. Some of these we wish to keep (a rowan tree, a lilac and a laurel). Most of them we want to get rid of, especially several sycamores, and we want to get this done as part of the fencing work.
Fencing job done on time and within estimate in spite of very bad weather. We are very happy with the work done, and have asked them to quote for two additional jobs.

RELAYING PATIO. To lift up 70 existing pieces of York Stone Riven, 600mm x 600mm, clean off cement and relay on a cement and sand mix then jointed. There is a pond in the patio, 600 x 1200 x 800 deep. This needs draining and the old liner replacing with a new 0.75mm thick black butyl liner. Finally, re-align and fix in place the existing water spout. Please allow for the purchase of approx. four 600 x 600 York Stone Riven to replace any broken ones.

Deck over a slopping concrete area, has a man hole cover in part of it. Part of the wood has been purchased, project that never got started. About 2m by 8. Slightly complicated by the sope and only being able to attach to one wall. Possibly future work: some paveing at rear and outdoor tiling at front
Amazing finish to the garden, decking finished in a matter of days. Paul and his team took on board what I wanted and spent the time to suggest suitable solutions. Very friendly and approachable. Intend to use them again.
