It was only when contractor was advised we were visiting that he admitted work had not been completed. A second visit was promised to complete the work but was not made. Contractor then failed to return voicemail messages and texts and so far a refund has not been made. He has now been in touch (after several weeks) but a nutuallt acceptable conclusion has not been agreed"
