"Richard was very keen to get the job started. Although he only pencilled in a couple of days, it actually ended up taking another half as the preparation for the concrete posts threw up a few problems. However, he was obviously very competent and did a really thorough job. His communication was very good and any proposed changes were discussed with me first. I'm really pleased with how the fence and gate looks now it's up... and am just waiting on the British weather to give us a few dry days before he can complete it with the preservative finish. I would definitely recommend Richard for any similar job. He's very professional, it all looks great and the cost was very reasonable."
