"Having met with Liza one Saturday for her to come and give us an estimate, she appeared to be very friendly and certainly capable of the job. However, several weeks later, I have not received a quote, even after leaving a message for her on this website and trying to call her. I fully appreciate that the job may not have been what she was expecting and that sometimes it's not economically viable to take on certain jobs, but what I do appreciate even more than that, is honesty and plain common courtesy - if she didn't want/couldn't do the job, why didn't she just tell us. I certainly wouldn't recommend her"
