I have a Cherry tree, growing about 3-5 metres from the front of my house, about the same height as the house nearly. The branches are nearly touching the house and so it needs taking right back. It is gowing in my neighbours side, but it is right on the border, if they will not pay for it, I will pay for it myself.

We have a communal wooden fence of which two large wooden panels have blown down. The wooden poles which joined the panels together have also broken. I would like quotes for replacing the two panels and also a quote for replacing the whole fence - eight panels and a gate. In addition i require a separate quote to replace on fence panel in my own private garden. As this is a communal fence I will need to obtain written quotes prior to proceeding. Many Thanks

Previous owners completely paved with cheap materials. I have ripped apart some of the bricks / slabs and probably made it worse. Need to make it look presentable whilst being cost effective.
