Reviews of Gardeners & Garden Designers in Cambridge, Cambridgeshire

Fen Drayton, CB24

Under £100
I have a large hedge running along the side of my property, approx 30ft long, 5ft high and 2 ft wide. It's made up of ivy, hawhorn, possibly blackthorn and holy. It's currently flat topped and I'd like it lowered and shaped, domed or sloped so it's easier for me and my puny hedge trimmer to manage
John did a great job on my hedge and I could not be happier. Would definitely recommend him

The roof is covered with 3 strips of gravelled felt. The front strip was blown off by the wind this fall. We need at least the front strip replaced but as the shed is 4 years old, might be best to replace all three. I will provide ladder.
Karl arrived to do the job the day after we spoke to him and completed the work in good time. The roof looks good so hoping that it will stand the rigours of a few winters! Very pleased with the speed in which the whole transaction was accomplished

mature garden, half an acre
the parts of the garden they were tackling were a challenge since it was perhaps not clear when to stop - but the guys worked hard and came up with a nice design ... and a good clearance of another bed

Lode, CB25

We need to build a fence to separate our 2 dogs from our children. In Australia we had a wooden pickett fence which was pretty and safe.
Job is schedulled for 28th March 2008
Just taking care of business Ltd

Also specialises in traditional crafts, flooring, bricklaying and plumbing.

Arbury, CB4

I'm not sure
Approximately 72-80 feet worth of fencing in an L shape. Garden one side, public footpath the other. Need 6' high but slightly higher preferable to keep out eyes of passers by. Exising fencing = 6x6 panels with posts in metal postholders.
A genuine, honest professional. Worked long and hard to ensure we had excellent close-boarded fencing around our garden. Fence is straight and level, using good quality materials. Reasonably priced and highly recommended.
