Updated : Budget negotiable , had to put something Original : Maintenance of a front and back garden of a semi detached house owned by a pensioner as often as needed during the growing season . Ideally not requiring access to the house though access through the garage from front to back ok , and power point in the garage for mowers , etc . Would also prefer gardener not to require pensioner's son (me) to be there when work is done . Garden also needs fencing replaced , nif gardener has a contact for that . Payment by whatever method is suitable
