Matt gave us a reasonable quote very quickly and returned the next day in the rain to do the work. He repaired our storm damaged fence which now seems to be holding very firmly. Large garden needs weeding and general tidying and pressure wash paving areas where necessary. (I have a Karcha for this). A general handyman with some garden knowledge would probably be OK.
This is not a big job but one for a couple of hours here and there when I can afford it, as I am a pensioner. I am sorry this is not a big job. If you are happy to quote an hourly rate I would appreciate it. Obviously I will need you more in the summer than winter.

We need our grass cut, good sized rear garden with small front grassed area. This is initially a one off cut and it hadn't been done for over 3 weeks, but hopefully the property will be let and then need regular maintenance. The successful tradesman will need to have own mower.
