I can't recommend Colin enough. He did an excellent job for us in transforming an area of previously redundant garden in to a functional and attractive space. We need someone with suitable experience to lay 12 concrete paving slabs (600x600x50) in our shared back garden (grassed). The slabs and related sand (20x25kg bags) shall be supplied by us and delivered by Keyline to our front garden adjacent to the street (we have a ground floor flat with private entrance). The route from front to back is via a shared front door (a separate entrance to ours off the street adjacent to our front garden) leading to a corridor which exits via a rear door into the back garden. The location is adjacent to the rear door. The slabs are required.to form a level base for a wooden cycle shed (to be delivered in about 10 days from now). The top of slab elevation should be about 15mm above highest adjacent ground level. The area is essentially flat. The grass and top soil to be removed to accommodate the sand and slabs can be deposited under a hedge area about 2m from the shed location.We can supply a wheel barrow and garden tools if necessary. We really need it completed within the next 10 days to 2 weeks as the shed is already ordered and shall be arriving then.
Work involved cutting out lawn grass and laying 12 no. 600x600 concrete patio slabs on sand with concrete edgings for garden shed in our shared rear garden. The following materials were supplied by me - slabs, sand, cement and edgings. Underlay plastic and weed killer were supplied by GJ Landscaping. The work was carried out to a high standard on the agreed date and at the agreed time and the agreed price. I would not hesitate to use this company again. Very reasonably priced. High standard of work.

I need someone to come and do a general tidy up the garss needs cutting and the area grass area is about 30 sq. There are 2 large bushes that need trimmed and quite a bit of weeding.
Mark has done a great job of not only my garden but also my son's and 2 of my neighbours. So pleased I have now got him to come back on a regular basis.

Updated : The drainage materials will be supplied, large skip for the removal of excess materials and the slabs will be provided once the job has been quoted. Aggregate and cement will need to be purchased, so will the new turf. Garden size 8m by 4m Original : I am looking For estimates for a small garden to have drainage installed, tree stump removal, slabs laid and existing grass removed and re- turfed.

Trinity property, Edinburgh EH5. Replacement of solid wood fence similar to that described on the web as ROMA - TIVOLI. It is solid wood beams that interconnect to form diamond shapes. This work is removal of the current fence and replacement with a like for like equivalent. The fence comes in 4 sections. The replacement fence should require little maintenance so for example tanilised wood could be used. House is empty but access will be available.
