Updated : This would be a regular weekly job - paid at an agreed hourly rate. Original : Maintain borders, sweep paths/patios, remove leaves/weeds, mow grass - usual things Would like someone to come regular say once a week for 1-2 hours Currently - needs borders digging over and de-weeding. Over hanging branches/bushes need trimming back. Patio needs sweeping and deweeding. Grass usually not too bad as son will do this every other week or so. Garden is mainly lawn with small borders to 2 sides and a few patios pots. Garden approximately 35'x80' To the front of the house there is a paved drive which needs occasional de-weeding and a beech and laurel hedge that needs maintaining (recently done) and a loose stone hard standing directly next to the house - raking and de-weeding occasionally.

Both price and work are outstanding. Completely tidied my Father's garden, we could trust him to get on with the job in hand and he even e-mailed photos to us to show what he had done as we live in another county before we paid him. He actually did more than what he was asked to do, mending a fence. Highly recommended.

Removal of 6 conifer trees and 1 apple tree sizes between approx 7ft and approx 20 ft and roots and also removal of bamboo roots.
In addition to removing the trees Karl also renewed the fence in my back garden. Karl is hardworking and reliable and I'm very pleased with the work carried out. Would definitely recommend.

My selected tradesperson phoned at a reasonable time within the time guidelines that i had requested. He reviewed the job & arranged a date for the work to be carried out. He confirmed the previous evening prior to the work taking place. Very happy with the results.
