"What can one say about John and his crew. If it was possible I would give him a rating of six stars. He volunteered to pick up the shed from Beckton and deliver it to us in Barkingside. John was in constant contact of where he was and despite coming from Waltham Abbey was on time. They then went about removing the old shed (which was not as easy as it had first seemed) which left a gap where the back panel of the shed had acted as part of the fence. John suggested in using the back panel to make a new fence thus saving time and money. When repairing the decking John unfortunately sustained a serious injury and his son had to take him to a local hospital. John's other workman soildered on by himself. To our shock and horror John returned on his way to another hospital to make sure the work was being completed!!!!! I looked at my wife in astonishment and we had to get John to go to the hospital. This was customer service far and beyond the call of duty. Despite all of this they managed to complete the work and when fixing new shelves in the bedroom and knowing we had small children they removed thier shoes before coming in the house. John understandably is busy but will aways find the time to sort out any problems/work. He is a true gentleman and I have no hesitation in recommending him."
