A couple of 6ft high fence panels have today blown down in the wind including the posts. Need this repaired asap due to owning two dogs.
After some fence panels blew down in high winds, Hugh was quick to provide a quote and was able to start work within a couple of days. He turned up on time and worked hard on his own in bitterly cold weather and clearly took pride in his standard of work. He was detailed in how he was going to complete the job and was true to his word and I was very happy with the completed work. A very friendly chap with a trustworthy vibe about him! Will likely be employing his services again without hesitation. Also sent me a Christmas card which was a nice touch. Thanks Hugh!

1st level: 40ft x 22 ft
General clearance. Grass mowed. Shrubs trimmed. New plants planted. Steps constructed.
2nd level: 40ft x 20ft
General Clearance. Shrubs trimmed. Grass laid. Finish off the previously started border between the 3rd level.
3rd level: 40ft x 39ft
General Clearance. Shrubs trimmed. Grass laid. Planting new plants.
At first they can look as the best value for money. But don't fall into this trap. They agreed to complete the garden work within 5-7 days. It has been more than 30 days since they started the work and still not completed. Their mobile is not working and no answer in their home number or returning our calls. They have left dangerous sharp branches and waste in our garden for weeks and made it impossible for our kids to enter the garden. Still lot of waste left in our garden. They promised to hire a skip but then decided not to. They are not punctual and turn up anytime. They have pestered for money every time they came to do the work and now my garden is in a mess but I have paid more than £1000.
I will not recommend these unprofessional bunch to anyone. Keep out of these people.
I don't know how they have managed to get the other good ratings on rated people.
