"after organising a date and time for to come and give a quote they failed to turn up without communication. when they did rearrange i was given a reasonable friendly quote however due to weather being bad no one turned up to do work, it was rearranged for another day and yet again . . . . . . no one turned up and no communication untill 5 hours after the work was due to begin. that's two wasted days taken off work! the job has been given to another more reliable company. very unprofessional"
