"Tom and Steve initially quoted a very reasonable price for the decking. However all the balustrades have all fallen down, there are numerous proud screws and there are splinters in the decking. They also fitted the hand rail and base rails in the wrong order causing additional expense and left a terrible mess in the garden. I have written to Tom and Steve regarding repairing their work and received no reply. These men are not craftsmen and we have now employed professionals to repair all their very poor quality work. Be careful using them. Please note the ratings above do not represent my view on their work, I cannot change them using a MAC, they would be rated as one star for each. Neil Barnet"
